Turkey Salad Recipe

Homemade Turkey Salad is one of my favorite ways to use up leftover turkey. This recipe works just as well for chicken too.

1 and 1/2 cups diced turkey (I prefer dark and light meat for more flavor)
1/2 cup diced celery
1/4 cup diced onion
1/2 cup sour cream
1/2 cup mayo (I like Miracle Whip Light)
1/2 cup purple grapes cut into quarters (optional)
1/2 cup chopped walnuts (optional)
Salt & Pepper to taste

Mix all ingredients together very well. Serve on toasted bread with lettuce and tomato or on top of crackers.
